SCOREBRIDGE - IS THIS THE WAY FORWARD?
As a user of 'Scorebridge, Inga received this email which I thought may be of interest.. The difficulty of seeing the results on 'Bridgemates is a constant problem and the ability to view results on a 7" tablet is appealing.

SORRY (but delighted to report)
The NIMAN ISRAEL event is FULL!

2019 NIMAN ISRAEL TEAMSitem12
13 teams competed for the 2019 Niman Israel Mixed teams competition at Cramlington Bridge Club in Stannington. (Saturday 5th January)

The sell out event was played in a very friendly manner despite the inevitable bidding errors that occur when new partnerships meet for the first time.

In a tight finish, the winners were Graham Cox, Alleyn Erskine, Pat Barton and Tony Watson.
Runners up were Peter Avery, Brenda Osborne, Frank Springett, and Guy Herzmark. Only 3 VPs separated the first three places.

The director was John Portwood and as usual, Anne Bell provided a superb meal which helped to make this undoubtedly the best NEBA competition of the year so far.
(Results are now shown in IMPS rather than VPs
